FutureProof Equity required a lender-ready acquisition plan to support the $14.5M purchase of Four Seasons Handbags, a long-established U.S. accessories wholesaler. I developed the lender suite highlighting stable retail contracts, recession-resilient margins, and a phased e-commerce growth strategy, alongside debt service modelling. The strength of the plan enabled lenders to approve a debt facility.
