Real estate private credit funds live or die on the credibility of their underwriting discipline, and this Phase II raise needed a presentation that went beyond the numbers to show exactly how capital is protected. We built a structured investor deck covering investment thesis, loan parameters, portfolio composition, waterfall mechanics, and a workout case study. The result was a presentation that gave institutional LPs the depth and confidence they needed to commit.
