CLOUD COMPUTING

Marketplaces that simultaneously reduce costs for buyers, create new revenue for sellers, and lower carbon emissions have a strong investment story, but one that needs careful structuring to land with both equity investors and institutional lenders at the same time. We produced a Series A investor presentation and a separate credit facility proposal covering the marketplace model, cost advantages over conventional cloud providers, the sustainability case, and the financial framework for institutional debt. Both raises were successful.
